Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of receipt. As each product is made to order, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at survivorzmovement@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue so we can make it right. Upon verification, we will offer either a refund or a replacement, based on your preference.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on custom items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. For questions about specific items, contact us.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item once approved, and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to survivorzmovement@gmail.com.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office and open an investigation. We may assist further if necessary.
